Registration for the exhibition,
advertisement and sponsorship

An exhibition of instrumentation, software, accessories, chemicals and literature on various techniques is  also planned in connection with the Conference. You are cordially invited to participate in this exhibition. The estimated number of participants will be around 150-200. The options available for participating in the Exhibition/Sponsorship are summarized below:

Conditions for exhibitors (excluding VAT)

4 m2 exhibition area: EUR 1 800.-

(1 desk with two chairs and electricity and WIFI)

Exhibion fee includes (for one person):

  • Admission to the Conference

  • VAT (27 per cent) is included in the fees according to Hungarian VAT Law

  • Recognised as a Bronze Sponsor, the company’s logo with acknowledgement appearing on the Conference Website and in all Conference documentations
  • Benefits of a one-page 4 colour advertisement in the Abstract e-Book.
  • A brochure of the organization placed into each of the delegate bags
  • One full delegate to the Conference

SILVER SPONSOR

Recognized as a Silver Sponsor in addition to Bronze Sponsor, the following benefits can be obtained:
