The Registration Fee Covers  

  • participation at the scientific events
  • welcome reception
  • cultural program at Pannonhalma and conference banquet
  • all breakfasts and lunches from Monday to Wednesday 
  • refreshment during the coffee breaks
  • The registration fee also includes accommodation in the student dormitory

Regular participants will be offered accommodation in double rooms, students in triple rooms. Regular participants might also request accommodation in a single room (surcharge applies). A limited number of single and double rooms are also available in the nearby Hotel Klastrom for a surcharge on a first coming first served basis.

Abstracts

The abstracts should be prepared using the conference template that you can access here. Abstracts submitted by the 15th March, 2026 will be considered for Oral presentation unless otherwise indicated at submission. Final deadline for abstract submission is the end of May 2026.
